IHI-Leaf Filter

The IHI Leaf Filter is a Horizontal Filter Leaf type Pressure Filter with excellent filtration performance and fully automatic operation. Residual liquid, the long-standing problem for a pressure filter, is also completely filtered by IHI’s original Rest Volume Filtration system.

• CFR type- Horizontal type filter which discharges the cake as dried solid. IHI Leaf Filter Standard type capable of drying filtrated cake by steam, air and N2 gas, and discharging it automatically.
• CFA type-Horizontal type filter which discharges the cake as slurry. The fundamental structure of the CFA type is the same as that of the CFR type. As well, this type is capable of reslurry-discharge by back washing.
• LR type-LR Filter. The performance of the LR type is the same as that of the CFR type. As well, this type is a filter for Dreg Removal and is easily capable of CIP Automatic Washing. It is suitable for Food, Chemicals, Medicines and Pharmaceuticals.

IHI-FUNDABAC Filter

IHI’s fully automatic FUNDABAC Filter is playing an active part in the manufacturing process fields such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Medicines, and Food etc. We can apply resin-made parts to the liquid contact part. When treat highly corrosive liquid or need to avoid metal contamination, we recommend the IHI FUNDABAC Filter.

• RZ type – Vertical candle type filter
  Standard type. The machine consists of three main parts: the Filter Vessel, Filter Elements and Resister Pipes.
• RML type – IHI Fundabac Filter using only non-metal materials for liquid contact parts
  We developed the filter using only non-metal materials for liquid contact parts. It solved certain problems such as a highly corrosive slurry or metal contamination.
